easy fruit smoothies

I love juice, but don’t buy a lot of it. I also don’t normally eat a lot of fruit. So instead, I make smoothies. It’s the easiest thing – just throw a bunch of fruit in a blender and go. Here are three two-ingredient versions that are truly quick and easy:

Quick & Easy fruit smoothies

Honeydew & Green Apple
1/4 honeydew
1 granny smith apple

Pineapple & Coconut
1/4 pineapple, peeled, cored, cut into small chunks and frozen
1 tall can of coconut water

Strawberry & Ruby Red
1 ruby red grapefruit, juiced
3 large strawberries
If you like it sweet, add 1 tbsp sugar for each grapefruit used
