It’s finally cool enough to turn on the stove today and if you’re getting sick of all the ice cream content (ha!) then here’s something completely different. A fellow food lover received a gift of two gallons of Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning and decided to create a challenge of it. 30 some-odd people later and a 1/2 cup of seasoning each, we were tasked with creating a dish (or more!) featuring Slap Ya Mama. I decided to stick to main ingredients that are commonly used in Cajun cuisine – shrimp, corn and pepper.
