Champagne is a great way to start off any meal! But if you want some variety, you’ll find it makes for a great cocktail mixer. This tart and gingery combination is both warming and refreshing, and was the perfect start to our Thanksgiving dinner last year.
Pomegranate-Ginger Champagne Cocktail
350 ml pomegranate juice
200 ml ginger beer
50 ml lime juice
600 ml champagne (or ginger ale, for a non-alcoholic drink)
Combine pomegranate juice, ginger beer, and lime juice.
Fill champagne flutes halfway with juice. Top with champagne or ginger ale.
